You agree that you waive any claims against Medisquare relating to same, and to the extent that such waiver may be ineffective, you agree to release any claims against Medisquare relating to same. Medisquare does not control or endorse the content, messages, or information found in any Services.

3.1.6 You are in charge of keeping the data you give us accurate, including any contact information you give us when you register for an account. If your personal information changes, you can update it on our page, send us a message, or do so by making the necessary modifications.We will attempt in good faith to implement suggested changes as soon as it is practical to do so in our then active databases. 3.1.9 When paying for subscription amount(s), Medisquare may ask the user to use a credit card, wire transfer, debit card, or mobile financial services. In order to complete the billing operation, Medisquare may use the User’s credit card number and/or other financial institution information, such as bank account numbers. This use may include, but is not limited to, using and disclosing such credit card numbers and information to third parties. However, the only person who may verify credit information is the User through the login process. Users’ credit card and debit card information is transacted on secure websites of authorized payment gateways that are digitally encrypted, offering the highest standard of security currently achievable. However, Medisquare gives you the choice of not saving your payment information. However, the user is cautioned that internet technology is not completely secure and should be used with caution.

3.1.10 Medisquare automatically receives the URL of the site from which anyone visits the Website whenever a User, End-User, or anyone else visits the Website because of the communications standards on the Internet. In addition, Medisquare receives information about each User’s computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address (or the proxy server the User used to access the World Wide Web), operating system, the type of web browser the User is using, email habits, and the name of the User’s ISP. Utilizing this data, Medisquare can study broad trends and enhance its services. There is no sharing or disclosure of the connection between a user’s IP address and personally identifiable information with outside parties. 3.2 Doctor’s note 

All doctors must adhere to this section.

3.2.1 The doctors’ personal information, including sensitive personal data, is gathered as part of the registration procedure as well as the creation and submission of applications that are available to them on Medisquare.

3.2.2 Every statement in this privacy policy applies to all doctors, therefore before giving them any sensitive personal data or information, doctors must read and understand the privacy statements outlined in this policy. If they do not, doctors must quit the services, including the website, right away.

3.2.3 The personal information that Doctors choose to give Medisquare is utilized to assist the Doctors identify and explain themselves. Only Medisquare has ownership of this data. Your information will belong to you, and you give Medisquare permission to collect, use, handle, and/or disclose it for the reasons listed below.   4. examining software usage trends to enhance the functionality and design of products.

3.2.4 When end users search for doctors on the website, the doctor’s information is presented, and end users use the doctor information listed on the website to make appointment requests. Any personally identifying information about the doctors featured on the website is either given to Medisquare by the doctors who want to register themselves there or is gathered by Medisquare from public records. This information is not created by Medisquare.

3.2.5 Provided that the Doctors have given their approval for Medisquare to collect, process, and/or disclose their information on the Website, Medisquare may also display information for Practitioners who have not registered or signed up for the Services. Such physicians are confirmed by Medisquare or its partners, and Medisquare makes every attempt to record accurate information for such physicians. However, Medisquare disclaims all responsibility for any inaccurate or incomplete information about such Practitioners that may appear on the Website.

3.3 End-Users Note: Every End-User must comply with this section.

3.3.1 End-Users are required to provide certain information, including sensitive personal data or information, as part of the registration or application creation and submission procedure that is made available to them on this website.

3.3.2 All End-Users must read and understand the privacy statements outlined in this privacy policy before providing any Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Data or Information to Medisquare. If they do not, they must leave the Medisquare immediately. 3.3.2 All the statements in this privacy policy apply to all End-Users.

By login into their “Account”  and updating the account settings, End-Users can modify their email and contact preferences at any time.

3.3.7 The confidentiality of each End-personal User’s information or sensitive personal data and information must be respected by all Medisquare employees and data processors who have access to or are involved in processing it. 4.5 Helping patients obtain information about them is one of Medisquare’s functionalities. Therefore, Medisquare may save all such records and provide them to the relevant patients or their physicians.

4.6 Despite the foregoing, Medisquare disclaims any liability for our partners’ and third parties’ handling of your personal information in ways that are not covered by the agreements we have with them. Additionally, Medisquare will not be held liable for any security breaches, actions by third parties, or other occurrences that are out of its reasonable control, such as acts of government, computer hacking, unauthorized access to computer data and storage devices, computer crashes, encryption breaches, poor Internet service quality, poor telephone service for the User, etc.

  3. Designing and carrying out a patient’s treatment plan

However, the doctor might not seek access to the patients’ medical record without their consent. The agent might look at the record while assisting the patient.
