Medisquare Signs MOU with Dhaka University BMPT and Bi-Beat Ltd

Medisquare has recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Department of Biomedical Physics and Technology of Dhaka University (BMPT) . The MOU signing ceremony was held at the premises of the BMPT department, with Salah Uddin Asjad, Vice Chairman of Medisquare, Dr. Muhammad Abdul Kadir, Chairman of Biomedical and Physics Department, and Md. Kamrul Hussain, CEO of Bi-Beat, signing on behalf of their respective organizations.

Dr. Khondkar Siddique-e Rabbani, Honorary Professor and Founding Chairperson of BMPT was also present during the ceremony. He is also the Director of the Dhaka University Telemedicine Programme and the President of Bi-Beat Ltd. M. A. Yousuf, Coordinator of Dhaka University Telemedicine Programme was present as well.

Bi-Beat Ltd. a non-shareholding company and social enterprise that manufactures and distributes appropriate technology-based equipment for the people. The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is a significant milestone in Bangladesh’s healthcare sector because it brings together the expertise of three leading organizations to work toward a common goal of improving healthcare services in the country. Medisquare has been working to make quality healthcare services available to all people in Bangladesh using cutting-edge technology and extensive research. Medisquare intends to leverage the expertise and knowledge of Dhaka University’s Biomedical and Physics Department and Bi-Beat by partnering with them.

The collaboration will center on the research and development of new healthcare technologies and products. The parties will collaborate to identify gaps in healthcare services, develop innovative solutions, and bring them to market.

Furthermore, the MOU signing will allow the parties to share resources and expertise, resulting in a collaborative and supportive environment for the advancement of healthcare services in Bangladesh. The collaboration will also promote the development of a skilled workforce by providing opportunities for training, knowledge sharing, and career development.

The signing of an MOU between Medisquare, Dhaka University’s Biomedical and Physics Department, and Bi-Beat demonstrates these organizations’ commitment to improving healthcare services in Bangladesh.
